AO-SAGE is an independent, fan-made companion site for the game Albion Online. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sandbox Interactive GmbH or the Albion Online team.

"Albion Online" and all related names, logos, game content, and imagery are trademarks and/or copyright of their respective owner(s). They are used here only to describe the game this fan tool supports (nominative fair use); no ownership or endorsement is implied.

The service

AO-SAGE provides community information about Albion Online - the daily production bonus, item and crafting data, and a royal map - plus optional account features (sign-in, linked characters, preferences, and opt-in notifications). Some data is community-contributed and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Accounts

You sign in using Discord or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your provider account secure, and for activity that happens under your AO-SAGE account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass or harm others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
• submit content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or deliberately false;
• misuse the notification webhook feature to deliver spam or malicious payloads to others.

User-contributed content

Some features let you submit information (for example, confirming a daily bonus or linking characters). You are responsible for what you submit, and we may remove content or restrict features at our discretion to keep the service accurate and safe.

Community scam / ban / warn list

AO-SAGE hosts a members-only scam / ban / warn list of players reported by the community. By using it you agree that:

• entries are community-submitted allegations, not verified facts or findings of any crime, and may be incomplete, dated or contested;
• you will use it only to inform your own dealings in Albion Online, and will not republish, redistribute, scrape or repost its contents outside AO-SAGE;
• when you submit a report you do so in good faith, based on a genuine experience and with supporting evidence where you can - knowingly false, malicious or harassing reports are prohibited and will be removed;
• if an entry concerns you, you can contest it - see how to dispute a listing in our Privacy Policy.

We review reports and disputes and may edit, reject or remove any entry at our discretion to keep the list accurate, fair and lawful.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Game data and the daily bonus may be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely on it for any decision where being wrong matters to you.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lulu Studio's liability is excluded or limited, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under Danish or EU mandatory consumer law or the GDPR, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access (including for breach of these terms or to protect the service), and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Denmark. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections and venue rights of your country of residence.
